Food will be sourced from local producers using ingredients that are organically grown and sustainably produced, or using ingredients that would have otherwise gone to waste. The focus of the cooking is to minimise our impact on the environment and maximise nutritional value. The yoga will be a combination of envigorating morning sessions and deeply restful evening classes, we will also arrange surf lessons and board hire for those keen to get in the water.

Zoe has worked in the hospitality industry in London for eight years, recently as Head of Food for start-up pub company Hippo Inns. But, frustrated by excessive food waste, Zoe is on new mission – she is committed to learning and sharing ways to connect with where our food comes from and maintaining a more mindful, delicious and sustainable diet.

Elly is a yoga teacher and surfer in Bristol, she has taught yoga for surfers in Bali and South Africa and is an ambassador for brand Folklore Surf. Her yoga classes combine the Sun and the Moon elements of classical Hatha yoga to energize the body or stimulate deep healing.
