September Surf Training Week 1

Whether you’ve only had a couple of lessons or been surfing for years, this is your chance to improve!

Almost every surfer gets to a point where they are on the cusp of major progress but need a few consecutive days in the water to hone their skills.

That’s why this September we are putting together a Swell Yoga Surf Training Week – a 5-day weektime trip for those who want to improve their surfing.

We are running two of these trips in September (8-13 and 15-20) when we’ll have reliable autumn waves to work with.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Delicious food cooked by our chef Nikita (all meals included)

  • Accommodation in a house just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach

  • Two surf fitness sessions with a personal trainer

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • Private rooms are available to book at an additional cost

  • Parking is available at the house

  • We will help arrange liftshare options so let us know your travel plans

  • Surf coaching is available to book with Croyde Surf Academy at these rates:
    £89 for 2.5 hour 1:1 session
    £50 per person for group intermediate surf coaching

  • There is also the option to find your own accommodation (i.e. camp) and join us for meals and activities - contact us for more info.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Towel

  • Any surf equipment you have

  • Comfortable clothes for yoga

  • Warm jacket

  • Trainers and workout clothing

  • Suncream and anything else you might need for the beach
