If the winter has left you feeling disconnected from the outdoors, come and join a fun, lively workshop to get you back in sync.
The workshop is designed for anyone interested in the sea: surfers, swimmers, paddlers and more.
The session will include an ocean-inspired yoga practice and breathing exercises that can be used to control and calm the mind when you’re at sea. We will also work with a meditation to bring the sense of calm we all get from the ocean into our daily lives. All levels of experience are welcome.
